Helping tax teams implement, adopt, file and independently operate Orbitax solutions with real ownership over the platform.
Supported on the Orbitax platform
Netherlands-based finance and tax technology consultancy, more than 20 years
ATC is a Netherlands-based Finance & Tax Technology consultancy focused on tax compliance, tax reporting, implementation support and reporting automation for more than 20 years. During those years we have been supporting multinationals as with tax technology journey. As an Orbitax enablement partner, ATC helps clients move from software implementation to practical day-to-day use.
We support clients with structured implementation, data loading, process setup, user training, filing readiness and first filing support. Our approach is deliberately focused on operational adoption: the solution should not only be implemented, but also used effectively for real filing cycles. Clients should gain the ownership, confidence and practical knowledge to operate Orbitax themselves, complete filings through the platform and continuously improve how they use the solution in-house.
ATC acts as a hands-on implementation and enablement partner for Orbitax clients. Rather than positioning ATC as a traditional tax consultancy firm, the emphasis is on helping clients operationalize the software in a pragmatic and controlled way.
With ATC as a partner, the client team learns how Orbitax works in practice. We guide users through the setup, data model, workflow, review steps and filing outputs, so they can make informed decisions, complete filings with the solution, manage changes and gradually take full ownership of the platform.

The GMT Enablement is a structured implementation approach for clients implementing Orbitax Global Minimum Tax. It focuses on moving the client from initial setup to usable outputs, filing readiness, practical filing execution, optimal platform use and handover
GMT process walkthrough and project setup
Entity and optional transaction data setup
Safe Harbor input support
GloBE income and covered taxes data support
Additional information and elections support from a process perspective
Country calculator and output review support
GIR and reporting readiness support
Final user training and handover
The GMT Enablement gives clients a structured route from implementation to filing execution and operating model, with a strong emphasis on practical use, knowledge transfer and future self-sufficiency.
The CbCR Accelerator is intended as a practical kickstart for a faster Orbitax GMT setup. Instead of starting from a blank environment, ATC uses existing data sources as CbCR XML files or 1120 tax return output to build an initial structure in Orbitax. This provides a strong starting point for the GMT process, after which the setup can be enriched with additional entity, tax, Safe Harbor and GloBE information where needed to move towards GMT compliance.
Potential scopes

This service line is relevant for clients that already have Orbitax implemented, but need practical support to get ready for their first filing, complete a specific filing cycle or improve how they use the platform in practice. The focus is on turning the implemented solution into a working filing process, including output review, dry runs, submission support where applicable and follow-up after filing.

Review of required outputs from a process perspective
Dry run of filing steps
First filing assistance
Submission support where ATC has the relevant filing role and mandate
Follow-up on submission status where applicable
ATC focuses on making the software usable in the client's day-to-day compliance process.
The positioning is aligned with tax compliance, financial reporting and reporting automation, not tax advisory.
ATC combines system implementation support with understanding of the underlying reporting process and regulations.
Clients can choose from modular service menu items rather than a heavy full-scope consulting model.
The aim is to help clients take ownership of Orbitax, understand how the tool works and avoid unnecessary long term dependency on external support.
ATC’s enablement model is built around making the client autonomous: able to run the platform, manage the process and understand the logic behind the outputs internally.
